Who operates ARVAcademy, how to contact us, and the rules that apply to our original materials, third-party content and external services.

For legal, editorial or service enquiries, contact arvacademy@etik.com. ARVAcademy is the name of the service; it does not identify a separate incorporated company.
ARVAcademy provides educational content and developer learning tools through its website and mobile application. Lessons, quizzes, practice activities and coding exercises are intended to support independent learning.
Access to the service, accounts, purchases and acceptable use are governed by the Terms of service. The Privacy policy explains how personal data is processed. This notice complements those documents.
The platform is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. The hosting provider’s current legal and contact information is available through the link below.
Authentication, payments, embedded content, diagnostics and other features may rely on separate providers. Hosting in Switzerland does not mean that every third-party service processes all information exclusively in Switzerland. See the Privacy policy for the categories of recipients and international transfers.
Rights in original ARVAcademy materials, the platform design and its branding belong to their respective rights holders. Permission to access a course does not by itself grant permission to redistribute materials that are protected by copyright.
Third-party documentation, source code, illustrations and other resources remain subject to their own licences and attribution requirements. Documentation and code from the same project may carry different licences. The applicable third-party licence governs the material it covers, including any reuse rights it grants.
The licence notice attached to each lesson identifies the source and applicable terms where available, with links to the official upstream notices on GitHub. Consult those notices before reusing the corresponding material.
Names and logos of frameworks, libraries, tools and service providers belong to their respective owners. They are used to identify the technologies taught or integrated with ARVAcademy.
ARVAcademy is an independent educational project. References to Angular, React, Vue, their ecosystems or other providers do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or official accreditation. Likewise, a third-party sign-in integration does not imply endorsement by that provider.
Learning progress, completion indicators and preparation exercises are not an official qualification issued by a framework owner or an external certification organisation. Any external examination or certification is governed by the issuing organisation’s own requirements.
Lessons may link to official documentation, source repositories and other external websites, or include embedded resources. External operators control their own content, availability and terms. Review the applicable terms and privacy information when using those services.
A link is provided as a reference and does not transfer editorial control of the destination to ARVAcademy. If a linked resource is unavailable or appears inappropriate, send us the lesson address and a description of the issue.
We aim to keep materials clear and accurate, but technologies and their documentation evolve. Examples may be simplified for teaching and may require adaptation to the versions, configuration and requirements of your own project.
Check and test code before using it in another environment, particularly where security, accessibility or production data is involved. Report errors so that we can review and correct them. The limitations in the Terms of service apply subject to mandatory law; this notice does not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
For a content correction, copyright or trademark enquiry, write to arvacademy@etik.com and identify the relevant page or lesson. Include a description of the issue and, for a rights enquiry, the work concerned and the basis of your request.
We review sufficiently detailed reports and take appropriate action, which may include correction, attribution changes or removal. For requests concerning your personal data, use the contact and rights procedure described in the Privacy policy.
This notice may be updated when operator details, service arrangements or legal information change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Current Terms of service and the Privacy policy remain available through the links below.
